Bible Study

Update to The Ragamuffin Gospel Book Study: The 6:30 p.m. session at the church has been cancelled and the 7:30 a.m. session changed to 8:00 a.m. at the church. This study will continue until May 22, 2025. The Ragamuffin Gospel Book Study is a 12 Session book study beginning Thursday, January 30, 2025. We will offer two sessions, one at 7:30 a.m. at Hardee’s and the other at 6:30 p.m. at the church. This is a book written by a former Franciscan priest named Brennan Manning. The emphasis in Manning’s book is that grace through Jesus Christ is by faith. Often, our culture contradicts what God has freely given us. Citing the Bible and sharing illustrations, Brennan makes a case that we need only accept the freedom of God’s grace and its power to change lives.
